Questions about these terms

Use of the website

By accessing the Solevoix website, a visitor agrees to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security, availability, or integrity of the site or the experience of other users.

Solevoix may update, suspend, restrict, or change any part of the website, service descriptions, intake mechanisms, or interactive tools at any time without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability of every page or embedded feature.

Service information and proposals

All service descriptions, package references, pricing language, timing examples, and onboarding pathways shown on the website are informational unless and until they are confirmed in a written proposal, invoice, scope of work, or other direct agreement issued by Solevoix.

Visible packages, starting prices, timelines, and concierge pathways do not create a binding commitment by Solevoix to accept every inquiry, start every project immediately, or deliver a fixed outcome outside an approved engagement.

Client responsibilities

A prospective or active client is responsible for providing accurate contact information, honest business context, timely feedback, required approvals, and access to relevant assets, accounts, or systems when a project moves forward. Delays, incomplete information, or missing approvals may affect timelines, deliverables, and sequencing.

Clients must also avoid sending unlawful, infringing, abusive, or sensitive material through the website or related intake tools unless that information is reasonably necessary and has been specifically requested through an appropriate workflow.

Payments, cancellations, and third-party providers

If a Solevoix project includes payment-enabled flows, those transactions may be facilitated through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, while scheduling, intake, and CRM functions may rely on providers such as GoHighLevel. Solevoix is not responsible for independent outages, policy changes, or processing issues caused by external payment, scheduling, hosting, CRM, or communication platforms outside Solevoix’s direct control.

Any payment schedule, retainer structure, milestone arrangement, refund posture, rescheduling rule, or cancellation term will be governed by the written agreement tied to the specific engagement rather than the general language shown on the public website. Website visitors should not assume that a public-facing package description overrides a later signed proposal, scope, or invoice.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, the Solevoix website, brand presentation, copy structure, visual direction, and related materials remain the property of Solevoix or its licensors. A visitor may review the site for normal business evaluation purposes but may not republish, resell, scrape, copy at scale, or exploit the website materials without permission.

Project-specific ownership, transfer rights, licensing terms, and usage permissions for client deliverables will be addressed in the agreement governing the specific engagement.

No guarantees

Solevoix may improve positioning, trust signals, search visibility, operational systems, concierge routing, and conversion posture, but it does not guarantee rankings, AI citations, platform recommendations, lead volume, revenue, or uninterrupted third-party performance. Digital outcomes depend on many factors beyond Solevoix’s direct control.

Any examples, scenarios, metrics, or performance language shown on the site are illustrative unless explicitly tied to a verified case study or direct written commitment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Solevoix is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the website, reliance on public-facing information, or failure of third-party systems referenced or embedded through the site.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount, if any, actually paid to Solevoix for the specific service giving rise to the claim, subject to the terms of the controlling written agreement.

Governing law, updates, and contact

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing-law clause is set out in a later written agreement signed by the relevant parties.

Solevoix may revise these Terms of Service as the business, website, and delivery systems evolve. The most current version posted on this page governs website use unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Questions about these terms may be directed to the Solevoix contact details listed on this page.
